The system focuses on the Delivery of Value and the Creation of a Self-Correcting Organization.
A score of 9,000 points or more in the 10,000 point scoring system is classified as "Organizational Excellence".

How
Validation is a two step process.
Step 1). Complete and submit a CSQ3 Metrics Score validation application (in development). The form requests background information on your organization; a working description of your CSQ3 Optimum and Metrics systems; and, overview and detailed information on the calculations associated with your CSQ3 Metrics scores.
Processing cost for Step 1 is dependent on organizational size: For organizations with less than 1,000 people the cost is $500 per application; $1,000 for organizations with 1,000 to 10,000 people; and, $2,500 for larger organizations up to 100,000 people.
Step 2). Upon successful submittal and review of a validation application,CSQ3 will respond with a detailed plan for certifying your CSQ3 Metrics score. In most cases this will involve a site visit, and interviews with employees, work effort team members, and management.
Assuming a one site visit and an organizational size of approximately 10,000 people, a ball park range for the evaluation is $15,000.
Wizard Certification
Obtain acknowledgement of your accomplishments. Certification is based on actual performance. In order to become certified you must provide documentation of your accomplishments per the CSQ3 certification form.
There are three levels of certification:

Immortals Certification
Certification is based on actual performance. In order to become certified you must already be a CSQ3 Champion and you must provide documentation of your accomplishments per the CSQ3 certification form. There are three levels of certification:
