CSQ3 Learning Center
The CSQ3 Learning Center is dedicated to the training, understanding, and use of CSQ3 in organizations throughout the world. The Learning Center is divided into two main sections. The first section is devoted to the general population of an organization. The general population section is focused on explaining and testing the knowledge of individuals on CSQ3 methodologies and systems. The second section is an advanced section. The advanced section is dedicated to personnel that need to implement, support, and operate CSQ3 in their respective organizations.
General Population Section
The main content in the general population section is the CSQ3 Overview Course. The Overview Course complements the book; provides high level views of CSQ3 Optimum, and Metrics; and, puts a strong emphasis on CSQ3 Fundamentals. CSQ3 Fundamentals allows everyone in the organization to "Speak the Same Work Flow Language". The Overview Course includes examples specific for profit, non-profit, and government organizations. Moreover, the course includes exercises and quizzes on key material. Organizations can use quiz scores to verify that organizational personnel have a working knowledge of CSQ3.
Advanced Section
The advanced section of the CSQ3 Learning Center is dedicated to personnel that need to implement, support, and operate CSQ3 in their organization. A basic understanding os CSQ3 Fundamentals is assumed. Topics in the advanced section will include Frequently Asked Questions, Best Practices, Guidelines, and examples. Special emphasis will be placed on Building Decision Quality Tables and Execution Plus.
